I see you are getting this bug aswell, you can fix it by going to Edit=>Project settings=>Player=>Publishing settings and changing crompression Format From Brotli to Disabled. Hope this can help.
Fixed, thanks bro! it was loading for centuries before but now a build finnishes in a minute
